Getting Out

What do you do on winter evenings when cabin fever strikes? Well, around here, there's not a whole heck of a lot we can do, especially with a 2 1/2 year old. Last night Andrew and I decided to hit up Toys R Us and had a rockin' good time!

We participated in a few sing-a-long rounds of "Twinkle Twinkle" at the CD preview machine...

Stopped for a chat with an overstuffed penguin....

Spent some time chillin' in a mini cooper...

Strummed a few verses of our favorite TV theme songs...

Dreamed of warmer days ahead, with the sun on our faces and the wind in our hair...

And ended the evening playing a Handy Manny ukulele while taking a ride on J.J. The Jet Plane.

Who knew Toys R Us could hold so much adventure!
